Job Description

KSG Construction is seeking a bilingual (spoken and written) administrative assistant with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and a background in administration to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be available full-time (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities Include
  • Preparation of quotes/proposals

  • Bookkeeping in QuickBooks

  • Follow-up with clients

  • Payroll preparation
